Still falls on the HC. He is the top manager. Just reviewing the below average recruiting with that unit should have been a red flag.

The defense and special teams are the only bright spots on this team. Offensive line blocks like Helen Keller. Stidham looks like hes auditioning for lord of the dance.

Chip has to go. He is responsible for this O and the lack of evaluation/development/cosching/scheming. All the O coaches stink. Gus is not HC material but we are stuck w him. Can anyone say what our O philosophy is? Or basic system? Every yr our msin problems are the O. Enough!
