So frustrating. Idk what Hugh is supposed to do. He put himself in a no win situation when he rode with PT. He fricked that up. I get he's prob great in practice and better than anybody else on the roster but he shouldn't have ignored what he showed us last year. And then he does what everybody wants him to do and goes to Hank and he throws 3 picks in the first half against his first real competition and PT comes in and plays well. Changes the gameplan up, takes alot of agency out of PT's hands, more designed runs. Only for jarquez to average 3 ypc and us never get anything together on offense. This season sucks arse no doubt about it but it is in no way indicative of anything that's gonna happen next year. No more Thorne, some more flesh blood in the program, some maturity from the talented freshmen. I'm withholding total judgement on Freeze until I see him with his actual guy at QB, not the last girl in the bar at 3 am.
He has to keep the class together by some miracle and he has to hit on a portal quarterback. Which is probably getting harder with each loss. Payton Thorne might just bury him. That decision might seal his fate before he even gets a chance to retool like he wants to.
Oh well, the class is still together at this moment. And the best outcome for auburn is that Hugh turns this around so I'm gonna continue to pull for that and him.

If you want to spin it... this sorry team just took the #19 team in the country down to the wire lol. Losing sucks, but I really think we are going to be the most improved team in the country next year.

Our Defense:
Can't get off the field on 3rd and long
Can't get pressure with just 3 rushers but keeps trying
DBs can't find the ball = no INTs, no pass breakups, lots of PI calls
Poor tackling

Most of you folks probably thought it wasn’t Ken Lay’s fault. He just had a bunch of bad apple traders, accountants, and management.

The coaches are the problem. It's 100% obvious. Yes we don't have georgia or bama talent but we should be 5-2 and not 2-5. The personnel on sets, the play calling on offense and defense is just pure trash.
Everyone keeps saying "wait until freeze gets his recruits here". Some are here and none look any better today than they did for game one. There's zero development, lacking in fundamentals, etc. Tackling is atrocious!
