Not any smoke for Philon yet but Bruce has really been the primary recruiter for him for the last 3 years. He and Wes may be close too, and Beard will probably get a good thing going at Ole Miss.. but Bruce is the ultimate reason Philon committed to Auburn.

3 weeks left and I'm getting antsy for some news of transfers to the Plains. I get the feeling it's either Cleveland or Tyson for SF and pick up Chaney for the 4 behind the hopeful stay of Jaylin. Sounds like Cambridge might have some grad work to do but he could fit as a back up at the 3 if he's willing to play that role. Not sure where that leaves Moore though. If those 3 come, I have no idea who fills the remaining 2 scholarships.

Jaylin Williams declares for the draft while maintaining his eligibility. Both him and Broome are expected back next year according to Hoke

I really want Cleveland. If we land him I think we’ve upgraded at point guard, shooting guard, and small forward. If Aden is legit, and he appears to be, we could make a deep tournament run.

I'll take Cleveland or Tyson at this point both would be upgrades.
I love Lior, but we'll be better next year with him not playing meaningful minutes.

Cleveland is solid but not great and struggles defending quicker wings. I like Tyson, who is similar, but a better shooter from range and a little quicker

SF from USC, freshman Tre White (6'7" 210lb) has entered the portal. Word is Auburn was "involved" with him before his commitment to USC. Certainly doesn't mean he's being looked at again but thought I would share.

Nothing ground breaking, but heard the staff is pushing for a commit out of Chaney Johnson. Visit has been going really well.
