Wow, nice defense. Get better on 3s and FTs and we have the potential to make a deep run in the SEC and the Tourney.

Yeah, I’ve noticed this too. That has to be from all the roster turnover, right?

Right now I think we’re about on the 4 line as far as seeding but it’s early as hell lol.

We may be the quality of a 4 seed but currently we are 35 in NET rankings. The NET rankings are the only one that matters that puts you basically anywhere from a 7-10 seed. More likely a 9 seed. We have a long way to go. We likely need 11 conference wins to assure a 6-7 bid. Every 2 wins above 11 gets you probably a line higher

NET is heavily GIGO at the moment.

Net ranking haven’t been put out yet. You are looking at last years rankings. It usually come out about the first week of December.

Yeah it’s kinda confusing because CBS shows the net rankings and it keeps updating the records so it says “most recent update/ Today” but if you look at how the teams are ranked it has to be based on last year

That is misleading. Yeah they are the same rankings on the NCAA site, which hasn’t been updated since April 3rd.

KenPom has Auburn at #15 now. #29 in Adjusted Offensive Efficiency and #11 in Adjusted Defensive Efficiency.

There is some KenPom "rule" that I can't for sure remember but I think it's something like every national champ for the past 25 years or something other than one of those Uconn teams has been top 30 KenPom on offense and defense
