We’re aware. Nothing to do about it now.

Kinda tired of all the whining tbh.

The world knows. Everyone knows. We’re expected to just lie down and take it.

I’m telling you, CFB is changing in radical ways. We could shock the world and tell the sorry arse SEC to go Fuch Themselves and change damn everything. Flip it on its head.

Yes it was but even if it wasn't the ruling on the field was a fumble and the initial ruling is supposed to carry weight.

The conclusive evidence was never found so they made the incomplete pass ruling up out of thin air.

Does it feel like we constantly hear you need overwhelming evidence to overrule the call on the field, but when it’s us, it gets overruled all the time?

We should leave the SEC. They only play to the favorites. It’s gotten so rigged it’s hard to watch. This game was so obviously rigged but ain’t the first. Happens to other teams similar to AU. Refs can clearly dictate who wins and loses in this competitive landscape. After you screw us once, then twice, then 3 times, then 4 times…all game changing plays…screw this shitty conference.

Yes. I was more worried about the receiver getting called down than an incomplete pass. There should be objective conclusiveness by the intent of replay that decides calls, and not just more subjectiveness in ruling.

I feel like the female AP voter that had horrible rankings last week is who actually ruled on that play.

I would have laughed at myself in the past for thinking something so crazy, but now I'd be all for it. We have always been red headed step children to this conference. How long did it take Auburn to get teams like Tennessee, GT, Bama to come play at our stadium?

When there is an issue with one of the conference teams being near number 1 and everyone in the nation is debating, if its LSU, Bama, Florida, you hear people screaming from every corner of the Earth that they should be #1 or be in the playoff, or whatever, the conference will be loud about it. Go back and look at 1983, 1993, 2004. The conference was quiet as a damn mouse. No one was defending us and the rest of the teams in the conference were arguing against us. SEC SEC right?

Since 1992, the conference has slowly been tearing our schedule apart and taking away traditional teams. Now we pretty much play an old Big12/SWC schedule with Bama Georgia and Vandy added. Wow!

At this point, I would feel just as good about the schedule and the conference if we were in the Big10 or ACC. Everyone is going to keep adding teams to the point it won't matter anyway.

The rest of the conference hates us and no one in Birmingham gives a crap. It is very obvious that they are more in love with their John come lately Okie boyfriends than old Auburn.

If its me and I'm an idiot, just let me know, maybe I'm off base (I know you'll say I'm an idiot anyways, I'm talking on this specific topic).
I know we are all excited about football, but is everyone still excited about SEC football? We will go into the bye week after 5 games and we've played aTm and Okie as our SEC games. Wow! Talk about tradition.

Edit: I don't like Merle Haggard.

Not that it matters anymore but Mateer has a thumb injury and will be out 3+ weeks... wonder if it happened in the game or practice.

Jang,

Thats what the announcers were saying "was he down". But it didnt matter, it was already fumbled and a "live" ball. Didnt matter if he was down or not, He caught it and fumbled.

Boy that was three really fcked up calls in that game. This one, pass interference, and the "trick" play. That last one was a planned play call by the coaches who knew it was illegal, really slimeball play.

Not in 2026. We play Arkansas out of the west of Mississippi crowd.

The most disaster based call is the one where nothing touches the ground but hands feet or the football. Every clown in the stadium thinks the tackle made him down. Every idiot in the booth runs his mouth without knowledge.

Remember, Auburn’s final drive in the Natty included a carry where nothing touched the ground other than hands and feet.

The slim all play was approved by an officiating crew that didn’t know the rule. They’ll have fun sitting at home….because of their “hobby”

The ref there deserves a lot of credit for not blowing the whistle.

I wonder how much point shaving would be worth to some officials? It's not like that kind of thing haven't happened before.
