I swear. One of our biggest recruiting goals should be for us to get elite OL in to watch spring practices. Period. You can watch him for 2 minutes and see that he knows all there is to know about developing OL.
If JB could recruit better, he'd be one of the best assistants in the country

What makes you say that?
Similar backstory and skillset...hopefully better ball security

That's what I get for going off a picture. He looks 270 maybe.

I'm going off the roster, so who knows how accurate that weight is. He is 6'8 though. The difference between 290 and 310 on that frame probably isn't very noticeable

That sucks, I liked him. I don't blame him with the depth situation and so many younger guys that are so good, but I think he could have been a really good Buck if given the chance.

I think at least one of Sherwood and Monday, if not both, will end up starting at safety for us. Probably Monday IMO

We rotate on defense so much anyways it won't matter that much. They are both going to play a lot.

Yeah, we rotate, but safety doesn't rotate as much as the DL for example. There was a pretty clear distinction between Matthews and Roberts, vs Thomas and the other guys coming off the bench last season.
Obviously all 4 will play, but I think there's a clear talent gap between Monday/Sherwood and Thomas/Dinson. Physically they have better tools to do their job with, and based in their tapes I think they'll make more impact plays, I think they're capable of keeping the lid on the defense better, and both look very strong against the run as well. They're both definitely much harder hitters too, and lord knows I love big hitting safeties.

Im interested to see the weights when they come out.
Boy you are right about Coe, he looked lanky at 270 last year and he has definitely put on quite a bit of muscle.
Ashley looks to have slimmed down some, but boy is that two giants with him and Prince with JB between them.
Curious about Brahms. I know he was injured (and probably lost weight) when he signed last year but he was at 276. Reports are he may be the starting center, he must have put on a bit of weight I would guess.

Also curious to see if Truesdell lost some weight.

Stidham: "what do you mean I can get rid of the ball without pumping it 20 times and holding it 10 seconds?!"
Gatewood: "crazy right? You'll get sacked/stripped fumble a lot less that way bro."

Whitlow’s senior highlights might be some of the most entertaining football I’ve ever watched. Whitlow was an entire offense, no exaggeration. His running is phenomenal. He also looked like he was playing middle schools at times
He starts at RB if he is healthy

Gatewood "Who is that #14 kid"
Stidham " Dude who is about to sit us both down"

I look forward to Lanier's melt when Willis ends up transferring out.

One of my favorite plays I have seen on any highlight is when he is back at punter, gets the worst snap in the world, no one blocks & so he says frick it & just runs for a TD
