Not surprising that 247 had to put an article up questioning if our S&C is the reason we are having so many injuries this spring
If only Ryan Russell had our guys bench press more, we wouldn't have so many non contact injuries

Well, I've never torn my ACL, and I don't use Russell as my trainer. Explain that one smart guy.

I might “twist my ankle” too, if I had to take on Brown, Russell, Davidson, Coe, Moultry, or Big Kat multiple times each practice. Especially in the Spring! I will just wait until the Fall to have my miraculous recovery.

It does seem strange to see so many lower body injuries. Makes me think footwear or taping etc.

Only update I know of is that all of our C our hurt. I'm more worried about C than anything else this year at this point.
