Hiring coaches is typically a crap shoot anyways. I’ve gone long on the subject before. Go back through the preseason lists of hot coaches and they’re filled with guys like Herman, Campbell, Taggert, Mullin, Frost, Fuentes, etc etc.
So it’s already a process that takes multiple attempts typically. Add in our mess and it’s worse
