LSU will be without it’s starting QB and LT... Defense has been the most suspect in many years as well... no excuse for a Loss this Saturday by AU...

Why is there no excuse? Did we not just lose our best offensive lineman as well?

I'm not saying we should or shouldn't lose but saying there is no excuse for a loss to LSU is a little goofy. They still have talent all over the field they will eventually get their defense sorta figured out and looked decent this past weekend against a team we lost to.

So we have played 1 common opponent they won and we lost but somehow this is supposed to be a gimme game for us. Goofy logic.

Their backup QB is 1000x better than their starter. I fully expect to lose

I've learned in the short 5 games this season to have no expectations of any game. Whether AU is involved or not. God Bless anyone betting on college games this season.

There is no excuse anyway. The backup looks better than the starter. Frick Arky and Ole Miss for losing too. Oh and frick you too Luke. Just because

Plus our best defensive player is out.

There will be no easy games this year. The fact that we had to fight to the end to beat Arkansas, Kentucky and Ole Miss along with losing to South Carolina tells us that any win will be a good one.

Lets not act like LSU should be a automatic win.

I was at a Vandy game in Nashville when the starting qb went out. Back up rallied them to victory.

I was at a Kentucky game where the starting qb could not
play due to injury. Back up led them to victory.

Back up quarterbacks seem to play like all Americans against Auburn. That is why I am not optimistic against LSU.

I expect us to win this Saturday. Gus cannot afford to go O for Ogeron. Plus lose to Bama, LSU, Georgia, USC and one more (TAMU he maybe playing for his job). 6-4 Safe... 5-5 questionable.

This sets up as a classic Gus Malzahn wins one game to save his arse for another year type of game.

Starting QB has a chance to play. He is going to practice some to see how close to 100% he is.

Regardless of who starts, we are going to have a dogfight in every game. If AU makes mistakes or goes away from a balanced offense, we will lose.

LSU is good enough to always beat us, if we don't play well.

Y’all keep saying if the offense does this we have a chance. It’s a team sport the defense hasn’t done shite this year. I think we have given up over 200 yards rushing in 3 of our 5 games. Might be 4 of 5 can’t remember exactly.

The entire team has to continue to get better. No win is assured or should even be expected at this point in the season. It’s just a total funky year for all teams.

The defense is what it is, I think people are bringing up the offense because it's more around things we can control like play calling and committing to the run instead of throwing it 50+ times like in the SC game.

That's bc in this year of Covid, most teams are struggling on D. Look at LSU, Alabama, GA, etc.

With us it has in MOST games come down to can our offense control the game, or overcome a deficit?
They haven't so therfore our comments are geared towards a successful offensive showing.

No one discounts the D's need to get stops or slow any offense down.

DOn't take it the way your interpreting it...

AU/LSU series always has potential for weirdness. It's 2020 and on Halloween....? I I have absolutely ZERO expectations about how this game is going to go.
