Since he left Auburn he's been the OC/QB coach at UCONN, SMU, and Miami.

Happy for him. He had a tough path ahead of him after Auburn

Rhett has adjusted his offense, unlike Gus.

Good move. Rhett did well here when he had a chance to call plays. He was strapped with King at Miami, so nothing he could do.

Good for him to get some HC experience before he comes back home.

Good for Rhett.

I’ve always been a fan.

Never liked how he was thrown under the bus and made the scapegoat by Mullen (sorry I meant Gus).

SOP, standard operating procedure, for head coach in trouble.

Good for Lashlee, hope he does well

I think it was time for Rhett to leave at that time as well. It was good for him to grow and spread his wings. He’s a good guy and hope he does great.

Rhett has some experience with Sonny Dykes running an air raid. The knock on Gus was his Mickey mouse HS passing offense. Rhett learned to evolve into real passing schemes

And Rhett was/is a hard-core recruiter.
