So we sign two 6 foot 7 linemen last cycle, and 3 more signed and working on a fourth, what a "sea change" look of the line. Very nice.

DD made the elite11 finals. The competition will be held in Tennessee at the end of the month.

Armoni will probably stuck with AU but LSU has increased their effort with him. They also probably lead for Justice Finkley so we really need to step it up there. He’s the sleeper of the class for next year. Not as good of an edge rusher as Carl Lawson but definitely as good if not better against the run. Better hands then Carl coming out of high school and Justice knows how to take on and beat double teams because he plays inside a lot. Eric Taylor from HT commited to LSU last year. Don’t lose that potential pipeline on the non die hard bammers from HT. They are to well coached. Taylor was over rated but Goodwin and Finkley aren’t.
Speaking of kids from the area Koolaid is quiet but telling 3 teams what they want to hear. This time last year I would have said 75% he goes AU now I would say it’s less then 40%. Jeremiah Williams will be a stud and is probably going to pick AU. Big Tim I don’t think is in the top 5 DT’s on coach Gs board for inside guys. He’s athletic and incredibly strong but 30 plus pounds over weight. He will be solid at lower level SEC school or G5 school. His ranking will continue to drop as the season goes unless he loses weight. I’ve coached Big Tim in baseball in season’s past and know they have addressed his weight with him. Big boy likes to eat. Pretty much all I have on the metro BHam area players for now. I’ll start getting more info in the coming weeks I hope. Riley Quick is very overrated and a Bama lock if they take him. He’s also a psycho... no joking around uncontrollable and will never make it held to a higher standard then high school. Wanted to add Armoni is an AU fan and has been since his days at Florence. We just need to show the love a little and I think he shuts down all the other noise. He’s just ready to get on the field and test his leg out. Dude is like a bowling ball and can absolutely fly. Think of a more fluid Worm with better vision and instincts plus a little taller. Armoni is faster then Iggy in high school and Var Johnson as well. Speaking of Johnson I need to check the updated roster for his weight if he can get to 185 I think he can be a stud. Ryan Davis with break away speed better hands coming out of high school as well
