Did anyone else bother not to even listen to it last night after hearing the same thing over and over the past few years. Just having a genuine not giving a frick about excuses and mea culpas. Just sick of it.

I watched some. He didn't gaslight us like Freeze and Harsin. It wasn't positive. One thing that stuck out was he said we have the right people in the building. I took it as we let head cases go to rebuild.

I watched his opening and first couple of answers. (We do a horrible job capturing the questions)). I did watch the opening of Sumeralls presser and left impressed

Our Offense came alive and moved the ball against a game opponents. At least 2-3 of the sacks are Byrum's fault tbh

Week 1 - Coach doesn't sound happy....no improvement

Week 3 - Coach doesn't sound happy - noticeable step down.
Well, it only took 3 weeks to get to the point most Auburn fans at least try to get to the Georgia before they lose complete hope. But this season is lost. Buy entirely new offensive and defensive lines.

Pretty easy to do when you had 4 decades of being an upper mid tier program who won a few championships here and there.
Now we’re the literal worst program in the conference.
That doesn’t make a lick of sense without bad leadership running the program. And that means there’s not a damn thing we can do about it and not a damn reason to expect anything will change any time soon.

I don't do post game anymore.
It's really simple though. Harsin and Freeze did not bring in the players. Now we are in a world to write a check to get players. This is the new normal with us being mid to low tier.
We can be competitive. Florida has better players. There is a reason Golesh brought all of USF with him.
Auburn fans need to not get their hopes up.

That’s what I don’t understand. UF has better talent and Buster brought in a very good O group.

I’m not happy with BB at QB. He has his moments but does a lot of things wrong. He’s processing slow and his windup delivery makes Reggie Slack’s throwing motion look like Peyton Manning. I’m also treating this season as the base and it can only go up from here. This upcoming portal cycle he has his work cut out for him.

I guess one thing that has me apathetic is the complete failure of the defense last night, we are usually able to be proud of that side of the ball but damn what a letdown.

We're reacting to Alex like he's in year 3-4 and has failure after failure and excuses because of the last 5 years. I keep hearing people talking about how tired they are of excuses but shite.... it's his first loss. This team has A LOT of improving to be even average, but they deserve that chance. Wanna judge him? Judge the fact that he had every opportunity to go and get a serviceable Guard and Tackle in the portal, but chose to bring in Skinner and several others. Judge the fact that Brown was supposed to be ahead of almost every QB in terms of understanding a system, but sometimes he seems trigger shy. We can't get a better start, but we CAN have a good to decent finish to year one. I'm disappointed but some folks are acting like they're giving up.

Speaking of apathy I don’t care nearly enough to have a strong opinion on Golesh’s future at Auburn 3 games in. It ain’t that serious. Might as well see if he can figure out.
