Yes to both, but I’m not sure if they’re planning on taking another linebacker after the LSU transfer. I haven’t seen anything about another linebacker visiting.

Yea, I’d be curious if they wait and see in the next portal what happens. See where our young guys are at in the spring and go from there.

Gus called a perfect first part of the game but turned into conservative Tommy T and it cost us the second half. Lol

Gus also didn't cramp trying to cover a kickoff or have two miss a tackle on a 6 yard stop that turned into a 60 yard play.

That's not the way any of this works man. Gus doesnt get credit for anything good that happened under his tenure. That list is long. Longer than any coach that most of us have seen at Auburn. But he does get credit for all the bad things, even if our new coach gets a pass for them.
It is just people trying to cover their tracks and fit things to a narrative that Gus was a shite coach, apparently didnt recruit and just basically got lucky for all those good things
Oh and Marshall had about 50 ints in JC before he come to auburn. Malzahn totally changed his offense to fit Marshall in one season and basically gave us the top or 2nd best offense we have ever had at Auburn. Same as he did with Newton where his offense, not the 100th ranked defense, won our first Natty in 50 years.
But frick that guy because his offensive line recruiting sucked. Glad Hugh and Potato man have recruited those guys and fixed that problem

I'm a Freeze fan and want him to succeed and keep recruiting this well. But with that said, Freeze has the talent (QB is still a question but was a 5*) to win so this time around it's mostly on him play calling and game adjustments.

Did you think we were going to put up 50+ on the best defense in the country? Maybe it's possible they made good adjustments and got a few stops. We had 450 yards of offense and could have easily been more had we made a play or two that were there.

I haven't heard anything, but that's kind of always where I figured he would end up.
My guess is he already knows where he's going, but the coaches want to wait until the portal closes so someone else doesn't leave, which would fit with Ga So.
