I do wonder if we had a reliable kicker that could be counted on to put 3 on the board, how many close losses could have been wins. PT should have only been asked to manage games not win them

That is my assumption. Probably structured that way, ~$1.2M per year, doubt its an upfront $2.5M. If he stays both years, he'd get it all. Otherwise, probably in that $1.2M range for this year.
