I'm going to stop feeling bad about dudes that quit. If he doesn't want to be here, then good, glad he's gone. We need people who want to be here and are bought in. Jared Smith about to take his spot anyway.

Maybe. Right now he's all potential just like Jared and Jared has better physicals.

Hope the door hits him on the way out.

On paper I'm taking the guy who is 6'6 235 with plenty of room to add good weight. Amaris might go be great somewhere, but I'm not to lose sleep over someone who chooses to leave when we have studs coming in right behind them anyway.

Tough loss but I don't even know what we lost. Gotta be honest and say that the age of keeping kids in house and developing groups is probably coming to an end. Every 5* player who doesn't get his number met in year 2-3 is gone. That's at every school right now. Some of these dudes might come back depending though

Really hope we can lure him back. That’s a huge position of need.

Caldwell is saying this is not official yet and that Auburn is working hard to keep him

Same from JLee. Belichick and proximity to home are big factors but AU fighting to keep him.

He is. What really sucks is we will go through all this, and then go through it all again after spring ball.
