It would be either Cam/Singleton and or Daniels as proven WRs.

An only one QB can throw at a given time. Really unfortunate we are entertaining buying 4 QBs at one time.

I prefer Simmons staying because I still hear the Young Malcolm voice when he scored a TD against Oklahoma I believe

It seems like Freeze hoped to get a one year bridge QB, but pounced on Arnold and decided to handle the repercussions later.
The QB room construct doesnt seem very deliberate.

Arnold could go to the draft after next season, if he has a big year. We’ll see if Freeze is going to pursue another QB that is QB1 worthy in the next few weeks, or if he just signs someone from the JUCO ranks to run the scout team.

This year it appears Hugh's deliberately trying to not have one single point of failure at QB. Which seems like one of the smartest offensive move's he made this year.

I would totally not begrudge Perry leaving if we don’t have any bandwidth and he’s going to get paid somewhere else. Kid came from a poor as dirt family. I remember his recruitment video where Freeze and other coaches visited his home which looked a little better than a favela.

I'm not saying it was intentional or because of neglect. Just fear we are going to need to sign three QBs next year as well if we get another 1 year warm body and either of Deuce or Jackson Arnold leave after the season.

Freeze can't keep every player happy and he knows that. Right now he doesn't have the luxury of putting AS MUCH faith in the unproven. We need more receivers so Daniels and Singleton are high on the priority list. It's not because we don't believe in Perry in my opinion, it's just the situation we've allowed ourselves to be in. They'll be no 4th season if this year is anything like what we saw in 23' 24' so freeze has to say screw feelings

I personally don't think we lose Malcom or Perry. I think they are both destined for greatness, we saw glimpses of that in their first year with just a summer to prepare under their belt. I think the staff does whatever they need to do to retain both of them. Just my $.02 but these are definitely crazy times

Only way I see this nonsense ending is the multi year contract. hypothetically Sign a guy like Perry to a 2-3 year deal with certain (stipulations) written into the contract about performance and behavior. Nightmare over, and consistency would return. If you sign a guy and he beats his girlfriend or catches 1 pass for -2 yards in eight games he's cut. Give him guaranteed money after he signs just like.........like..... The NFL

Cam Brown would not be leaving if Perry was. Freeze likes his big WRs. Perry will be heavily involved next season.

I know perry was a true freshman and played the same position as KLS but I wonder why he didn't get rotated in more? Steep learning curve? He seems to be extremely athletic. Hopefully he stays and breaks out this year.
