65 has no place back on this roster… the fact he accepted $$$ for last seasons performance is laughable… should be charged with robbery

I'm going on what draft experts think. Also.... who gives a rip about an All SEC team? Reese Dismukes was one of the most highly decorated Lineman in Auburn history, But never played significant snaps in the league. lol You're out of your mind of you think Lew is anywhere near UDFA according to ANY NFL mock. I'm not plucking information from thin air, he's highly thought of. If he gets a 3rd round or above grade he'd been stupid to come back. Oh, and ACL tears aren't the career threatening injury they once were dude.

True, and there is a small good side to this. If he goes near as high as Kiper thinks he will, then Auburn may be looked at as a school that places lineman in the NFL again.

Heck I would say if he grades 4th round or better he should go, we cant match that money, but please dont call me dude....thats kind of creepy

Yep! As someone who rips on Mike g all of the time; he and his crew have been very down on Simmons and pretty calm all things considered about the players declaring for the portal thus far. Here is huge props from me to Mike g!

This is very true. Nephew was an awesome linemen in college but not versatile enough for pros. They don’t have a large group of OL on a pro team and they must be versatile to play multiple roles on the line. Unless you are a big time can’t miss prospect, perceived or otherwise.

Mike has to learn to separate personal connections from what's happening on the field and practice. He swore up and down our receiver room had all this underutilized talent years back. 90% of those dudes left Auburn and accomplished NOTHING omari Kelly and Kobe Hudson being rare exceptions. He interviews kids, gets close, then allows that personal connection to skew his perception of reality. Seem like a cool guy though.

Oh well. Starting completely from nothing. No defense, no WRs, no OL, and no proven QB. The boosters better start buying players at every position today.

It better not be because of money. Coleman can leave if he just wants a new start but if we seriously low balled him AFTER low balling EVERYONE else. What was the damn point of talking about some 30 million? This coach better get in gear. I'm not blaming signing day on him..... but this shite better work out OVERALL portal for us or this guy won't make it to year three.
