With the possibility of no fans allowed football, now would be a great time to put in incredible seating at Jordan Hare.

Individual Chair seating with a reclining feature, power outlet for phones and other electronics, and a cup holder for every seat.

Reduce capacity to about 60,000 to 65,000. Better seats.

Probably best not to spend a shitload of money right now given the uncertainty of the AD budget/TUF/donations

Unless we made everything out of YellaWood. We get that stuff for free

I'd like seat backs and cushions. That's it.

If there are no fans at games, somebody can probably score the jumbotron at a surplus auction. That thing would look fricking awesome propped up against my barn.

I really think seat backs would suck in our stadium. There is no leg room now. At least you can put your feet on the seat in front of you if no one is there. With Seat backs, the leg room and shin room would even be less

So you want Auburn to pay a ton of money to reduce capacity thus reducing their ability to generate revenue?

The increase cost in ticket prices to 1) cover the renovation and 2) make up for the lost revenue for having less seats would only further drive ticket holders away

I’m guessing crowd sizes are more likely to go down than up over the next decade.

I used to have season tickets. I pick and choose now. I don’t go when it’s too hot or rain is forecast.
The old model of college football being a family event is dying. With tickets, parking, gas, food and hotel running to a minimum of $500 a game, I can’t see people staying with the old model of spending hours in the car, sitting in uncomfortable seats, having limited food and beverage options, etc.

I think tickets will be dynamically priced soon. Maybe I’m wrong, but I don’t think demand for season tickets is going up this year or in the future.

Smaller venues with better amenities is the future. Metal benches with sardine seating are the past.

I've wanted "chair backed" individual stadium seats around the entire stadium for a while now. Like what is in the club sections, similar to pretty much every Pro stadium. If that reduces capacity to 70,000ish, so be it (might be less, just a guess).

Maybe keep the student section bleachers?

Isn't that what they are already doing? It's like $40 for Middle Tenn State and like $140 for Bama, UGA, LSU etc...

Or is dynamically priced something different?

Dynamic pricing would be week to week based on demand.

It probably not be every ticket, but they might Hold back the non-season tickets for UGA, LSU, Bama and resell Auction style.

The fcs and sunbelt games might benefit from low prices putting butts in seats

Auburn does need to revamp their seating cost. To get between the 20s requires scholarship seats at $3,000 a pop. Most go unsold. If you have seats in those sections 28-31 and 3-9, you pay TUF based on location. But no new TUF seats are being sold, only scholarship.

I've been saying for years that I would rather see us take in the end zone and keep capacity. Spread the seating out and have the nicest and most comfortable stadium around rather than try to keep blowing up numbers.

If there is going to be any renovations to the stadium or any of the football facilities, its a great time to schedule. There will probably not be a season this fall so they will have a big window of time to do whatever they want

Without the season, they just may not have the funds
