That's two different things.
Bama will always make a late push. They literally tried to give Roc Thomas a ride home from school. Apparently Stidham predicted a flip based on that late push alone. That is retarded. And as you have pointed out yourself: he cannot keep his story straight regarding his source(es)
As for Chex vs. Stidham. They are polar opposites. However Stidham only acted like a wet blanket because we were hyped the freeze five was visiting the basketball game. And stidham does this shite in every sport.
Also, on that note, nobody predicted Riddick to Auburn to our knowledge before Chex did.
So Chex has a source, and his news are like you said, pleasant. We dont need O&B glasses. When Chex goes too far prognosticating we can always ban bet his arse!

He deserves the hate for trying to throw a wet blanket on Auburn's success yesterday.
It was a great day for the whole program and one of the best recruiting days since I can remember.

I like Stidham. He’s consistent and can take the heat he brings upon himself. Chex catches shite all the time, part of the deal if you’re an instigator

My issue is that he lets rival fanbases and the norms of the recruiting process get to him. We all know that when you sign a five star you're gonna have to fight to keep him, but stidham just runs and bleeds on this board like the sky is falling (sometimes). He has that right, and I agree that some people sunshine pump a bit too hard, but I can't find the negative or lack of sunshine about signing one of our Greatest classes after being ranked 50th in recruiting when potato dude left. Respect to him for his consistency though. Lol The response the board gives him has made me laugh several times

I really am not sure why this board gets so upset that it was a battle to keep Perry Thompson. Freeze confirmed it in his press conference when the reporter asked was it hard to hold on to any commits and he went on and talked about there being a difficult late night battle that we won.
Keeping Thompson was amazing and a difficult accomplishment. The sunshine and rainbow crowd (95% of this board) has orange and blue blinders on and can’t acknowledge that even when the head coach alludes to it.

Agree on your last point. These threads are hard to follow and get unbearable with people overtaking them over some internet message board beef.

This class is on par with what Gus Malzahn signed in his 2014 class, FYI. It’s a very good class but let’s not go over the top.
2010 was one of our greatest classes of all time dating back to a few of the Tuberville classes and then the Pat Dye era.

This place isn't in the same universe as boards like AUFamily or ITAT (if either are still around) when it comes to sunshine pumpers and bias.
