That knee clearly bent the wrong way... MCL ACL? Pray for the kid because he has a NBA future

Classic non-contact ACL injury the way it looked. Damn.

I felt a little better seeing him walk off without a lot of help but Bruce's reaction in the post-game interview makes me pretty pessimistic.

No way to know what happened there without a scan

Hopefully not nearly as bad as I feel like it is.

They said he went in for X rays, guess I expected to hear he also went in for an MRI.

Won’t know anything until that comes in

I can’t seem him playing Sunday no matter what. I just hope it doesn’t affect his future pro career.

Yeah they said they took him in for x-rays which I thought was weird. You can't tell an ACL injury without a scan right?

I think they were using x-ray for diagnostic imaging like a catch all phrase similar to Coke.

Can we get an update at first notice if we have any insiders on this board?

Don’t x rays indicate a potential knee dislocation?

That's my main concern.

You can diagnose with some manipulation tests, but need imaging to confirm from my understanding.

I was thinking MCL tear. You can still walk, but the knee doesn’t have any stability. Just a wait and see at this point.

This close to the injury it’s dofficult to diagnose an ACL tear without an MRI due to the amount of swelling that occurs around the tear

This is correct...the x-ray thing could just be a misstatement for MRI, but it could indicate a dislocated knee they popped back in place.

This. For bball knee ligament recovery can be a crapshoot and cost millions

I'm not even happy right now

Did anyone see an anterior drawer or Lachman test by the trainers?

ACL tests.

I couldn’t tell because the TV was kind of small at the bar.
