They say Rush is a different man now, so I have no problem with him, if Gus doesn't.

My guess is Propst would be looking into the Football Relations spot Bolt left open. It's dictated by your relationships with high schools and coaches in the area. Propst fits that bill, but he's still scum.
No way Propst can have a good relationship with coaches in Alabama, I know some coaches in central Alabama really don't like him.We should just keep Lolley for a position like that.

They said Petrino was changed too.

Rush is a fricking D-O-U-C-H-E..........
If we were unable I pull the trigger on Petrino due to "moral issues", no fricking way they will hire Rush. He makes BMFP look like Mr. Rodgers.

I had the opportunity to meet him several times during his polygamist period and I agree with this 100%. His level of douchery can't be changed.

A buddy of mine's wife was the teacher that blew the whistle on the grade changing deal at Hoover while Rush was coach and Bishop was principal. He's a straight up frickhead. No way we are considering him. No way.

I don't post for a bit and you all have some silly shite about that nut rub Probst being considered. Please tell me you all are just fricking around.

Hoke's been saying that.

I can't believe it.

If we're getting any NFL coaches, would we hear about it tomorrow, I assume?

Serious note, can we hire someone like Junior Rosegreen on the staff?
If that guy could learn defenses and be a stud, I assume that he could also translate the stuff for our functionally retarded DBs. He would simply be a translator of football jargon to dumbasses

We might not hear about Bill Belichik until February.

I have no issue with former players come to AU as a GA, only.
They can begin thier coaching careers elsewhere and if they succeed, they can earn an interview at AU.

What type of contractual matters? Any news on a WR coach?

I understand the desire to get a long term, very solid NFL special teams coach but where is the draw in putting him on running backs?
I looked it up and the notable backs he has coached in college were Joe Gunn and Deuce McAllistor at Ole Miss and that is really it. He never put a running back in the NFL at Clemson.

Coaching RB's isn't exactly a tough thing to do. He's done it in the NFL, he should be able to pull in some talent and that's all you need.

Just having "NFL" on his resume should help recruiting.
