What about Gary Patterson @ TCU? Didn't he interview before we hired either Gus or Chizik? I thought I read that somewhere.

Oregon doesnt have the same talent as AU but Cristobal has done very well. Game was diwn to kast drive. Yes the guy knows the SEC and spent 4 yrs learning from Saban.

Herbert didn’t have several WRs and Cristobal is in his second year while Gus is year 7. Not to mention Oregon could be headed to the playoffs anyway.
If we can get Cristobal, go get him. He is probably as good as we can get.
