The coaches have zapped both players confidence. Neither can get into the flow of the game.

What makes me most upset is when we change QBs during a series. Robby has us at 3 and 1 and we bring out Thorne. Stupid.

Virtual no passing until the end (26 yards). Can we not throw to space? You are not helping the defense with 3 and outs.

It is obvious that our run game cannot carry us. We need some balance, some growth. We need a single game plan built around ONE QB.

This is 100% on the coaches switching QB’s like this. They’re switching them out like they are running backs

Its on Freeze. He continues to say in his pressers that he is going to run a 2 Qb package.

Yeah it's hard to believe he can stand on the sideline week after week and still think that's the best thing for our team going forward

thats what is mind boggling to me. Its NOT working, why are we continuing to try and fit a square peg into a round hole.

Why are we assuming anything can work with our group.

2 QB system is an utter failure! A team cannot gel or get into a rhythm if you change the leader every few plays. Consistency, consistency, consistency.

But first the head coach needs to lead by doing "what brung him here." Play with pace! How can the defense get any more tired by playing with pace? We go 3 and out all the time. I know defense may get 40 seconds more rest, but they are the only group that seems half cohesive.

It's truly bizarre to watch. I do not understand what we are trying to do. I've only been able to finish one game and that was uga.

Freeze said this last night. He said he is going to have to look at the number of defensive plays last night because slowing down the offense has not protected the defense any so he might as well play with tempo.

Our receivers can’t get separation.

They aren’t the best but it’s difficult to be receiver when there are two QBs.

Timing is off, ball spin, velocity, accuracy.

Brother freeze is not off to a good start.

And we have effectively taken out the backshoulder fade that Freeze loves to do as well. The one that can cause problems to the defense by throwing a little short. Freeze basically said he got tired of it not working in the game before.

People are asking for creation in his playbook and our coaches keep having to take plays out of the plabook. Our coaches hands are tied. If you cannot see that then please keep the Hugh boos to yourself until at least year three so that we dont derail a train by switching the lever ourselves.

They got open on the short routes at the end. Unfortunately we were down at that point and there was 7 minutes left. Heck of a time to decide to start passing considering until then they had only thrown 6 passes for 26 yards. The game plans are terrible. Like I've said the past two weeks there is no way schools like south alabama, uab, have more talent than auburn, but they can put together a competent game plan. Just look at the power 5 passing stats for 2023. App state, Troy are in the top 50.

Yes he did. 7 games in and he realizes what he saw in the Spring game. Pace offense/RPO worked against our defense, which isn't terrible, and wonders if we should do what our offense may do best.

As far as QBs go, Ashford did not impress me at all. His 'leadership' was lacking when he ran out of bounds short of the sticks and then begged with the refs. He doesn't seem to have 'finishing the run' in his skill set. If Thorne is the better RPO QB, then go with him. And don't substitute to placate. If Robbie is the better RPO dude, go that way. Freeze and Freeze alone must decide and build 'team' identity.

With all due respect who gives a frick what the App States out there can do? What is their situation and how is their situation comparable to Auburn's last four games, our coaching staff, and our talent as compared to the blue chips in the conference.

We are in year one. We made a huge step in the right direction once we fired Harsin. Hugh has not proven to be a failure at Auburn yet, but he does have a history of having a decent offense. Why are you so inpatient? Hugh is trying to build a roster that was depleted while yall sang Harsin's bad-apple song. We are curretnly paying the piper for ever having Harsin on our roster.

Separation. Blah, blah. You can scheme someone open. Just cause we don’t have Randy Moss running 5 yds free, doesn’t mean someone isn’t open.

Put Ashford back there with two TEs and two RBs and run the wing T.

Agree.

But we can be upset at seeing the continued offensive dysfunction
