Headed up Thursday after work. Hope we get there ahead of the snow. Wife freaked out at the temps and dropped $500 at REI on Alaskan caliber winter gear.

I honestly think the 2 matching walmart rugs really set it off.

The wife put me in charge of getting rid of the furniture. I have been doing work. Living room stuff gone yesterday, spare bedroom suite sold last week. After this afternoon, we will be sleeping on a mattress that is laying on the floor. Master Bedroom suite got sold today

She is gonna love that

Love the Palm Tree Xmas tree. Haven't seen it before. You might laugh but we are more minimalists in our house. People come in and wonder where all of our furniture is. We went through everything when we remodeled. De-cluttered and haven't looked back

That's not really minimalist. That's cheap AF.

That’s right. The less I have, the less I have to move.

Short term stuff.

We basically bought all new furniture for the new house. Kept a few things from Georgia when we moved but we sold most of it back then. This rental house has been pretty bare for the past 2 1/2 years. Getting down to it now, so I have been selling off the few things we bought from Georgia. I have four pieces of furniture that are going to make the move and that is it

Music City Bowl Check (OUT)

Well...my daughter (current 2nd year AU student) and I were looking forward to making a father/daughter trip up from Baton Rouge to enjoy the bowl game together. Unfortunately we are both battling the "Christmas Crud" and don't feel too good. We had to make the decision this morning that it's probably best for us to not make the trip up...

I'm bummed for sure....

Is anything planned in auburn?

After the football game a basketball game takes place.

Hate to hear the ESPN announcers say ….” Looks like everyone went Nashville!”

Jesus this place is fricking busy. Feels like I’m in New Orleans, but it doesn’t smell like it. About to eat and get ready for the Jimmy V 5K. Then it’s off to the Wildhorse Saloon for live edition of Tiger Talk with Coach Freeze.

If I still lived in Largo, I’d invite you the wife to come up.

Just got into town, grabbed a bite at Loveless Cafe, and checked into The Thompson. A quick shower and change of clothes, then out for my first pint of the weekend.

Let’s do this!

WDE!

I think Auburn has sold quite a few tickets. Most are probably heading up after work or tomorrow morning.

At ACME for a late lunch. Heard an Auburn alumn owns it. Some fricking country western band in here. Like steel guitar and the whole 9 yds. FML.

Tiger Talk with Freeze at the Wild Horse Saloon at 6PM. Anyone going?
