We can't afford to lose that game with UGA and than @ Arkansas. I think we beat LSU but if we don't we could start 0-3 in the SEC

@lsu

UGA (we know what they are)

@Arkansas (best team they've had since 2011 and revenge game)

Bye

Ole Miss (best offense in college football)

@A&M (they will probably fall down some but still a tough away game)

Mississippi State (they should be 3-0)

@South Carolina (they stink but it's still a tough road game.)

There are no must wins in a coach's first season. We aren't good enough to win the conference or any championships.

Get better, learn the schemes, let the coaches gel.

I refuse to lower my expectations based on the coach being a first year coach. He got the best RB in the country and a talented defense. He should be able to put a winning team on the field.

I couldn't be happier with Harsin so far. We looked like a well coached team against Penn State on the road.

In the past I probably would have agreed with this, but I witnessed 2013.

I'm not saying this team is similar or that we will win the conference, but there are still a lot of games that this team can win ahead of them on the schedule. I'm not ready for them to throw in the towel and the coaches focus on rebuilding for 3 years down the road.

I know it's highly improbable, but it's not impossible. The Penn St loss has no effect on this team competing to win the division.

Nobody is asking you to lower them. Just temper them and set them appropriately.

I have a hard time penciling in an automatic "W" on any of those games. The two easiest, appear to be LSU and USC. Both are away games......

Ole Miss- if we play zone, and do not get pressure on Corral, Kiffin will run us out of our own stadium.

Miss State will be close.

No one is lowering expectations. There just are no "must win" games this year.

Any big win we get this year is just icing on the cake.

No comparison as the 2013 team used the same exact scheme on offense that they were used to, not to mention the head coach coming in was already on the staff.

Also happy with Harsin and the way the team looked more prepared than in past years on the road. If the previous regime were still here the final would've been 35-15 psu.

Hard to disagree with this. Hard to win a big road game when you keep doing what is not working and abandon what IS working.

We saw SOME of this Saturday, but not for the entire game like we were used to in big road games, causing folks to lose hope.

In spite of our growing pains / mistakes @ PSU, we NEVER lost hope. We will definitely win some games as an underdog this season and will only get better from here. Not a doubt in my mind.

And you are assuming that Bo will play well on the road, at a place that no AU QB has won at since 1999?

If we can be successful running the ball, we have a chance IF we keep it on the ground and Bo only has to throw sparingly...

If our secondary play doesnt improve, Max Johnson is going to pick us apart all night long.

LOL! I'm not assuming that at all! If history is indicative of future performance, I hate our chances in Death Valley at night! I was simply saying that of those remaining opponents, those are the two worst teams.

I did find it odd that LSU is a 2.5 point favorite against MSU this week. Leach is going to severely test that horrible defense.

I still hope this is the year to break the curse, but we definitely need to start getting pressure on qbs as well as improve the secondary.

I know our coverage was bad, but Clifford seemed to have all the time in the world in that PSU game.

IF we don't beat LSU @ LSU this year, I just don't know.

Our pass defense has to get better. It was borderline pathetic Saturday. Easy throw after easy throw. We made a mediocre QB look like Tom Brady

Every QB will look like Brady with no pressure. Not sure how Mason didn't recognize that during the game. I mean, what was his plan for a QB that was picking us apart with no pressure? "He guys, I know two of you are getting double team on every pass play, and the other guy if he beats his block, the rb is there to pick you up, but we've got to get to the QB!"
