I wish him well and hope that he has the ability to surround himself with top level assistants and recruiters to establish his reputation in the SE. WDE let the rebuild begin !

I was pretty meh at first but I've warmed up to it. We're taking a risk but at least it's new blood.

So who’s going to balance us out?

I think Brannigan doesn’t like him and Chex doesn’t like him. Need 1-2 more

Love the hire. Mario was playing us. Not sure what happened with Billy, but clearly CBH is on par.

The only negative is he is not from the south.

He has a chance to play for Championships and win.

Harsin beat Cristobal. So there’s that.

I don't love the hire, but I don't hate it either. Definitely like that it is a break from the normal operating procedures for Auburn.

It will all hinge on the staff he can build. His success here will be very similar to Dabo. If he makes the right personnel hires, I think he can have a lot of success. He seems to have a very motivational type of personality. If he can get a dynamite staff around him, he can absolutely be as successful as he wants to be.

Think he’s a lot more scheme oriented than Dabo

THAT is the biggest positive for me. I totally saw us hiring a Lashlee or Muschamp.

He absolutely is. They aren't the exact same by any means, but if we want to reach the level of the Bamas, Clemsons, Ohio State, etc., I think his models needs to be as close to Clemson as possible. That is the model we need to try and recreate.

The more I read the more I like. He looks to be a hard-nosed take-no-shite kinda guy who demands excellence from his QB in particular. If I was a player I'd be excited about the guy.

put me down in the meh category

just seems like an average hire to me. nothing to get excited about. I'll give him 1 year to impress me.

I'm pretty excited to be honest, good talent evaluator and really good at developing QBs.

I’m in & not just because this process won’t be dragging out .

He’s a solid hire & not just another coach on the merry-go-round.
