Yea, I have a few friends who have then and love them. I need to get one and try it out. I love peppers on the smoker and I think they would do better in the basket..

Nashville - clean, good food not great, beautiful people if you are a people watcher

Sav- generic New Orleans, good food, outside of River front or ghost tours not a lot to do

New Orleans - nasty, arm pit of society and people that take children there under 16 I question your judgment, great food, very unsafe

Have to agree. I spent 4 days in Jville for work a couple weeks ago. I was dreading the trip before, but ended up being pleasantly surprised at the city.

I told my wife when I got back that we needed to take some more time and go back and check it out over a weekend or something.

I agree with that assessment, but all three places are destination party towns. While that may have appealed to me when I was younger and single, it doesn’t have that appeal anymore. So to me, all three are basically the same place.

Met a guy that suggested St Augustine as a more subdued Savannah. May try that next. Leave Nashville, New Orleans, and Savannah to the kids and single adults.

Love St. Augustine.

I'm aggravated as hell right now. Used to live in Miami, but it's been a while. Brought a rod with me so I could fish some, forgot how little access there is the the ICW and beach from shore.

New Orleans used to be so great to visit growing up. My Meme and Pop lived there and I would visit often as a kid. Meme's Mom (my great grandmother) only spoke French. My Pop (grandfather) was an Asst Editor and reporter with the Times-Picayune then took the Editor job with whatever the paper is in Gulfport, MS. He was one ornery MFer. My great-grandfather was a successful cotton-broker, but lost everything when the depression hit. They moved to Lubbock, TX of all places and they eventually migrated back to New Orleans. I think its my great-great-granfather and family who's buried in Metarie. Name is Major Ashford and served in the Civil War. A lot of family history on my Mom's side from there.

TMI but I just hate what New Orleans has become. Its disgusting and disheartning.

I’m 50 and don’t drink so definitely not into the singles party scene. But hell anywhere you congregate will be someone stupid drunk even at late dinners in birmingham or on the golf course.

If secluded is what you want camping is great this time of year, fishing local ponds, or weekends at national parks.

It is unfortunate that people cant handle what they drink. Dont get me wrong, I have over served a time or two but its at home, not in a public place

There are plenty that know how to socially drink without being a fricking menace to everyone else. But like everything in life, there are people that frick it up for everyone else

My wife bought a cayman 2ish years ago when she got her big girl doctor job. She drives my old arse Tacoma more than it

I love it. Took it to get groceries earlier today. We’re going to sell it within the next year. As soon as I need my truck again she’s going to have a dilemma and we don’t have space for another car

I have always liked the looks of them. Like a bunch of things, it’s probably not as nice as you think it is once you get it.

My wife always wanted a jaguar. Coming from a poor family, her chance of getting one was zero. About 10 years back I bought her a S type for her birthday. Got it as a surprise and left it in her parking place at work. Gave her girlfriend the keys.

she had it about a year and absolutely hated it. Biggest piece of shite we’ve ever owned. I guess it was nice for her to scratch that itch but we learned a lot with that vehicle.

Of course now she wants a range rover but I’m fighting that as hard as I can.

How do you like the cayman.
