As I scotch guy myself, I really like 46 as well as Four Roses small batch for bourbon.
Ill drink a peaty Bowmore once in a while, but tonight I’ve brought out the go to Aberlour A’Bunadh and loving every sip

I rotate through a bunch but Makers 46 just has a depth to it that I enjoy coming back to. Really like Evan single barrel, Russell 10, and Eagle Rare for the same price range

I have been doing Woodford most of the time. I have Makers but I remember you talking about the 46. Liked it. Woodford has a recognizable flavor for me.

For the $, Buffalo Trace wins for me. My favs are probably Angel's Envy and Basil Haydens.

I’ve been getting the barrel proof stuff. Russels reserve, Elijah Craig and Four Roses have been the last three. All have been good.
