Saw that Sammy Coates and Trovon Reed were on campus to speak to team and recruits. Like that Harsin is getting former players back on campus all around. Clearly he’s pumping AU on a number of fronts

Coach Harsin will either build a program that last for decades, or he will be fired.
I think he’s very process and detail oriented.

I think it all depends on how he recruits. If he is in the top 4 of the conference I think he can have success if not it will be much like the past couple years. Up and down.

Let me add to that.
I think IF Harsin at times doesn't recruit in the top 4 consistently, BUT he still has the ability to develop those under 4* players, we still can have a consistent 'up' program.
Recruiting can go either way, if Harsin has a good enough staff that can develop players...
