GusShortBus getting destroyed again today

Playing with his 3rd string QB against #9 undefeated team.

They have been playign with Brown at QB for three weeks. Lost the Arky transfer then the next week, lost the second string guy.

I was shocked they were favored in that game.

Watched a few minutes of that game channel hopping to avoid commercials and such. Gus looks tired. He's not the conga player he used to be.

Does anyone actually believe Gus is "giving up" playcalling lol. Gus is going through his bag of excuses and false hope early.

Exactly, I will always appreciate 2010 and 2013. That being said he is way in the rear view mirror now.

Happy Birthday to Gus! 59 today!

He really does seem like a super guy. But boy, I’m glad he’s not Auburn’s head coach anymore.

Its been a obsession with this board.

I guess things have gone so well since he was fired for Auburn that its fun to rub it in his face.

My memory is dull, but I bet 10+ years ago folks were always talking about what Coach Tuberville was doing at TT and Cincy.

I hate it for old Gus, but I figured he was going to be in trouble when they joined the Big12.

I think his future is at a smaller school or going back to OC at a bigger school ala Petrino, Chip Kelly.

I honestly think this would be a good move for him. He has zero pressure on him for regular life things now that he got that payout so doing something with less pressure and something that fits him better seems like a good move

Hilarious that after his time at Auburn he did all of the following:
3 years at TT
4 years at Cincy
Started a private equity firm with a Lehman Brothers guy in the middle of the financial crisis
Ran private equity firm into the ground due to his partners fraud
Started a non-profit for veterans
Closed a non-profit for veterans due to increased scrutiny around the record keeping
Became a U.S. Senator
Single-handedly put on hold more than 300 military nominations causing issues throughout the entire military structure within the United States

He’s kind of like bizarro big eared Forrest Gump

His offense sucks. What "big school" wants to hire an OC who's offense hasn't been relevant in a decade?

Petrino actually knows offense. Gus is just a one-hit gimmick.

He should leave the high pressure and coach high school ball the rest of his years. That’s what I would do.
