I mean, there is not knowing about title case, and then there is being haughty about not knowing about title case

I paid $160 for the ticket and offering it for less than I paid and significantly less than market value. IDGAF. I prefer the extra room over the money. Like I said and have done numerous times, I will give it away for free to a family that needs one for their kid outside the stadium, if it doesnt sell.

I am simply offering admission for a single, for much less than you can find right now. If you want to pay $275 and sit by yourself in the upper deck, in the middle of a row, have at it.

The problem is, you have ZERO right to attach these conditions to the sale. Buyer has every right to use the ticket as he sees fit, sit in it, sell it, whatever. Would be fun to watch you be shown the door if you tried refuse the buyer use of his ticket.

Stadiums that sell SRO are doing just that; there never was a set associated with that ticket, and the buyer knows that.

You keep saying you want the extra room, then you pay for it. If you want to resell it at market, no problem. Or, give it away if you like.

I am not brokering tickets for the school here.

hmm, just like my stipulation of the cheap sale, like I stated, you can pay $300(which is still discounted) and have a seat

I already paid for it

I usually do when my daughter doesnt come to the game, but those games' tickets dont usually have enough value for the risk of someone not following my stipulations.

Not sure why this is so hard on people. if you want a significantly cheaper than market ticket, I have one, it just doesnt have a seat attached to it. if you want the seat double the price and its yours

I am not going to sell it for a significantly cheaper than market rate and have my space taken up, simple as that. I will sell it at slightly cheaper than market rate and gladly share my space, but you are going to pay double.

Up vote. I stand on the ramp most home games and would take advantage of this if I didn't already have a ticket

What are you going to do if the buyer decides to sit in the seat?

Not really. How are you going to enforce the stipulation if whoever buys it decides to be a dick?

Security will side with him getting to sit there. They won't give a shite what the deal was.

Also, (just an FYI) "make your life a living hell on this board" isn't much of a threat. 1. It's easy to ignore people on the internet. 2. That would require a lot of effort on your part which I'm assuming you won't keep it up for very long.

What the OP fails to grasp is that if you are buying the ticket, you ARE buying the the seat (for that game). The buyer's demanding he get's to sit there is not being a dick, but trying to put stipulations on the sale is.

Try cheap young alumnus. I just realized I get amazing bang for my buck by standing on the NW ramp when I buy the cheapest single ticket on StubHub.

It probably depends on what right to transfer you received when you bought the ticket from Auburn. I would be surprised if you hold the right to transfer admission, but retain the seat.

What you fail to grasp is I am selling it cheap with a stipulation, if you dont want to purchase it cheap with the stipulation, you can pay closer to what I could sell them for on SH. I dont have to sell the ticket. I dont need to sell the ticket. its worth $150 to me to have the extra room.

I can get $300(after fees) on SH, someone can pay close to $400 on SH. if you want to pay $400 for a ticket and a seat, have at it...

As a few have said, the discounted rate is worth it because of their situations. Sitting by yourself in the middle of a row, doesnt sound appealing to me, especially for $300-400. Everyone getting mad at me for offering a ticket heavily discounted from what I can get for it, is laughable.

And the cheapest ticket on SH currently is $125 more than I am asking

I'm happy to stand for the entire game but I'm tempted to buy this ticket and show up to sit in the seat just to watch the fireworks.

"But, but Mr. Stadium Security Guard I understand he has a ticket for the seat but he promised he wouldn't sit in it I swear!"

I wont call security and never said anything like that but you will be damn sure your photo and contact info will be posted on the rant for quite some time and probably in my sig as well...

again if you want a seat, I'd gladly sell it at close to the going rate. I heavily discounted the ticket from what the cheapest tickets are going for and for what I can get for the ticket. I have had two vendors of mine each offer $225 for it, but to sit

Don’t get the outrage over this. He’s posting it here (at a discount) with stipulations attached. It’s not like he’s trying to sneak anything by anyone.
