BS. If Steven had gone to a mid major and shown any sort of success then we would have owed it to him to hire him after Bruce retired. The way Bruce quit last second to backdoor Steven in as coach was a disservice to Auburn fans and Steven. And we are both paying for it.

Bruce forced this on us and really damaged his legacy by handling it the way he did by not allowing any time for us to conduct a coaching search. His son will cash some big checks and be set for life but our program is going to be in shambles in two years.

Our problems are not roster related. Just look at the lack of effort, intensity and discipline. Those are things a good coach establishes day 1.

I don’t know any Auburn fan that didn’t see that we have issues with the roster last spring.

We def have roster issues but the regression is on the coaching.

We took Houston to the brink, beat St Johns, blew out Arkansas, beat Florida at home, competed to the end against a good bama team and at Tenn now we are getting crushed by bad teams and losing to horrible teams at home. The roster wasn't close to a title contends but it absolutely is good enough to be in the tournament.

He got paid, he forced a situation where his kid will get paid, and AU will continue to flounder because tptb are too stupid or cheap do what’s needed to compete
