The only way any part of that argument makes sense is if you believe Harsin was going to turn it around.

I always care. My love for Auburn is not contingent on the win-loss ratio.

If I didn't care, I wouldn't be here, so I guess I do care. I'd be lying if I said I was increasingly apathetic towards the state of our football program. It just sucks knowing that we have all the resources to succeed but we can't

This problem begins at the top, the HC rubs off on the players. Freezus can't be blamed for the INT's and player mistakes but we have a loser mentality, and it shows. These guys don't give a flying frick about losing. Look at the body language, they don't care. Freeze on the sidelines looks lost.

It just sucks.

Of course I still care but I expect to lose every game.

What is the administration supposed to do?

Fire Freeze???

If we fired two coaches in a row after two years, we would never be able to hire anyone decent.

Trashing the coach is a waste of time.

I care, but way less than I used to. The title in 2010 was kinda like ok wow we won a title...this is cool...but then I realized it didn't really change anything in the world.

I want Auburn to do well in everything and always will, but I don't really worry about it too much these days. I just try to enjoy the high points.

Since 2010...we've won a title in football and played for another one. We've won 2 SEC Titles and played for another one. We've made 2 College World Series. We have revived our basketball program. We have made a Final 4!

We've also done alot of other good things....so there's that!

In a short period of time ....Gus is fired, Harsin hired dragging the program down further ......chased out Nix .....

2022 President fired ......Harsin fired, Athletic Director fired, Freeze hired .....Cadillac leaves .....(Still believe he was a problem and was given a pass to resign and leave.) Then recall, Hunter almost screwed his position up by forming a new porn star career.....

And you guys bitch about the production of the football staff.? I think the rebuilding of this program is curing the cultural problem overlooked by everyone thinking one recruiting class......makes this program middle of the pack in the SEC.

You are not rebuilding a High School team .....

Yep. My Auburn love transcends football W/L ratios. Suffering the lows, makes the highs higher.

Trying to convince my kid to start organizing storming the field for the ULM game (if we were to win). This senior class has suffered thru the worst of AU football and it would be funny and an FU to the powers that be if they had to cough up $250k to ULM.

Reaching the point where I'm almost ready to non-renew our season tickets (TUF members since 2005 with good seats). It's a huge "investment" in terms of money, time, and energy.

Obviously, there'll never by a tangible payoff so thinking of it as an investment is a little dubious, but if it makes you happy.

Still, getting tough to justify the monetary cost to be exhausted and peed off for the next two days while wondering where my weekend went.

I must care a little because I did cuss when Lewis dropped the TD to go up 18 Saturday. Knew right then the result was going to be a loss and was reserved to the fact well before AU ever trailed. All you can do at this point is laugh and appreciate that we are witnessing a historical run of AU football awfulness that no one alive has ever experienced. I just hope they have a winning season or beat UGA once before I die (only 53 but odds aren't looking too good right now).

I stopped building my life in the fall around AU football around 2019.

I’ve played lots of golf during the day. I’ll get to watch all of this weeks game, but I will check in on LSU as well.

I still care. I’d like to win Saturday.
It’s tough to suck so bad.

I didn’t watch one play on Saturday. I went to Oakhurst Porchfest in Atlanta. Had a ball and it was nice not giving a crap. I did watch the highlight guys in SEC Final but that’s it.

I didnt go to Auburn so I would be lying if I said that I have the same love for the university that those of you who attended have. I dont. I have been a fan for over 40 years and had season tickets for a very long time. I have donated to the football program with my season tickets and I sponsored the fishing team a year which was fairy pricy. I did not do that for any personal reasons and knew it probably would not have a good ROI, which it didnt, but i wanted to help out, I was in a position to do so, and I did. I do not regret doing it the two years I did

I do care but like some of you, the loss of confidence is there and I just dont feel like the program is headed in the right direction and I dont feel like any one knows what to do to get things back on track.

I think we are in for a couple more bad years, a lot of internet fighting then we will fire this coach because he just was the wrong choice. I get why we cant send him packing today but it is inevitable and will happen. He is not going to turn things around

I still care but honestly, not as much as I once did. If I had season tickets right now, I would seriously consider it being my last year. I drove a long ways back and forth to the games and always thought it was worth it. No way I would have that same feeling now if I was close enough to attend
