TWill is not ready to be a DC in the SEC. Kiffin's top recruits are probably also better than TWill. If we want to hire an unqualified ex Auburn player as DC because he can recruit why not hire Garner?

Yea, UCF has been decent under him. Great? No. TRob’s stint as a DC was not impressive. I’m not in love with either as a DC, but don’t hate either. I think both need more time actually being a DC to truly see how they will grow. TRob had the benefit but also detriment of being with Muschamp for a long time, which he needs to just learn on the job on his own. No doubting he is a good coach in general.
Both have a lot to like. Both have a lot of questions still. I’m not against living a dying with a hungry young DC that will continue to get better. They do need some help on staff though. We can’t have a super young DC and then all young positions coaches. They need som people to bounce stuff off of.

Yep. We have the most incestuous program in the country. And there's not a close second. If the PTB could justify it, we'd have nothing on the sideline but former Auburn players.
