Georgia has 47. Saban is so far ahead of everyone it's literally like a video game.
Kirby's on a more similar trajectory to saban if you count his second year to present (2017 for Kirby, 2008 for Saban)
Kirby's 57-10 in that timeframe.
Auburn's lost 25 games since then.

So 5 losses a year. That's not good. And it's a direct result of getting dominated in recruiting.
You do realize Auburn has achieved more in some respects than Georgia even has during that time period?
SEC Champs
AU - 2
UGA - 1
National Champs
AU - 1
UGA - 0

To show how inconsistent we are as a program.
Georgia has dominated us in every aspect since Kirby arrived in Athens. They have 4 SEC championship appearances, a 6-1 record against Auburn, an SEC title, two Playoff victories, and a potential NC tonight. I'm not trying to hype them during the mark richt years.

My point is you're trying to make Auburn out to be this average football team when the majority of college football would have loved to make multiple national championship appearances, win one of them, and win the SEC twice during the time frame you referenced. That, to me, is well above average given our schedule year in and year out.

Schedule is easier next season.

Just heard on The Drive ( don't know their source)...
but Caleb W supposedly stayed over to check out UCLA, but now plans to visit GA and listen to their offer...
So I guess no CW visit for AU?
ALso, they heard that he UCLA QB is staying put, so I don't see CW going there at all now...
still looks like USC....

Kirby has a slew of 5*s. Greedy sob. CBH by now should realuze what he is competing against.

CW won’t go to UGA because Bennett has now solidified his starting position. No way Kirby does that after he took them and won the NC.
Bennett has achieved legendary status at UGA. If he comes back, he’s the starter. Daniels knows this which is why he will transfer out. He didn’t leave USC to carry Bennett’s clipboard.

There has to be a disgruntled five star qb sitting on the bench somewhere in need of a starting role

Would Daniels have to sit a year wherever he goes or did he sit a year when he got to UGA?

Then why is Kirby courting him? It stinks and it continues to perplex me how this guy continues to bring in 5* qbs.

He’d have to sit a year if he transfers. I think he only has one more year of eligibility left.

Never understood the hype. Would rather stick with Calzone and Geriner. If anyone has a convincing argument I’m open to hearing it. I guess the argument could be made that the competition would be good, but o like the idea of having a guy established going into fall so he has time to build rapport with the O. I dunno.
