They shouldn’t be allowed to call a penalty using replay review. That is horrible

No doubt.

These refs can collectively go frick themselves with a rusty pipe.

Yeah, pretty much. On the positive side the play calling early on seemed much better, but with our oline still looking weak not sure how much it will matter if we can't get push or block anyone.
Front seven getting pushed around on defense. Hopefully we make some good adjustments at half.

New Kirk and Truesdell are doing their jobs. They aren’t getting any push but the Ends are getting kicked out and the center is moving up to the backers and they are not shedding the block quick enough.

Sucks they called back the TD on a crap call, but I’ll take keeping them out of the end zone considering they actually got into the end zone.

It doesnt matter what they are reviewing it for. They can call targeting on the review if they see it. Same as last year and the year before that

Frick me we look like shite.
That was a fricking weak targeting call.

Thoughts of the first half:
According to the score, 8-7, offense wasnt that great and the defense might not be that bad. After the first two drives I thought we were about to be 2014 all over again. Lol
my internet sucks. I was so happy to finally see why why y’all were wowing the interception just to see y’all go WTF and not know why. The anxiety. I’ll probably stop paying attention to game thread.

That was a textbook perfect block. Took out two guys. There was no hit to the head area and the player looked right at him before he was blocked. It wasn’t behind the play either. The 2nd guy he took out was coming with some speed and may could have caught up.
McCreary is gonna be a good one for us this year.
Hopefully we bring in some “fresh” running backs in the second half.

God I really miss football before targetting

Bo has got to get better on setting his feet on the 7-8 yard throws. Those are gimmes against the UK defense right now and I think he’s missed 2

I really don’t know what you’re supposed to do in that situation if that’s a foul. Just get in their way but don’t initiate contact? Awful

They’re trying to rule out blindside blocks period. Far cry from my HS days when earhole blocks were rooted for.

It was but it was a sketch and unnecessary block by Hall. It was behind the play and they were not catching him
Could have been avoided and he would still be in the game..
