This is a game where we need some players to catch a groove so might work out for the better. Shortened bench was coming one way or another. Can’t bitch about minutes when you are trying to stay off a no fly list.

I’m just glad it wasn’t anyone we actually rely on

Based off some of the rumors from pre season, Jahki might be in Auburn for a very short time.

Honestly what concerns me about Howard the most isn’t getting into a tussle or being a fiery player in practice, it’s him throwing a complete pity party for himself on the court while one of his teammates was having the best shooting performance an Auburn player has had in a long time.

The first stuff you can live with a channel in the right direction. The latter is hard to fix.

I don’t have first hand knowledge so not gonna expound but the above actions might confirm some of the locker-room issues with him.

Well then dont share the vague slight of Jakai's character then.

Getting kicked off a flight might confirm locker room issues. Not really expounding on his character pal. Probably a great guy, might just be too competitive or something. Who knows?

So, "They hungry" is the narrative we're gonna go with?

Or do we get the real reason?

When I told my son about this incident without even mentioning any players names, he said Jakai Howard was involved wasn’t he? I asked how did he know and he said from watching him in the OTE tv series it isn’t a surprise he would be involved.

Yep, just watch him in that clip. That’s what concerns me. If you can’t be happy for a teammate, it’s hard for me to see a path forward for him on the team.

Welp… like someone else said, glad it wasn’t the people mentioned in Connor Nobody’s tweet. Now Hokes post last night makes sense. He was calling the guy a liar for say the Cardwells and CBM were involved. Will be interesting to see if more details ever come out and what actually happened.

Now that we appear to know more details: I like this team even more.

Veterans holding the young guys to a standard.

Brings new meaning to the Auburn Fight Song.

Wasn’t Howard a borderline take anyway because of behavioral issues? Hopefully he gets his attitude right. He has talent.

What if it was CBM and Cardwell’s and Bruce came out saying it was the 2 Freshmen so we could go slap Houston around.

Bruce playing chess. lol

I noticed Howard was the only one who didn't seem to be enjoying himself like his teammates during the Vermont game. He looked like Allen Flannigan did for his whole Auburn career.

Saw that clip as well. What an awful look for a teammate.
