Well since Georgia won’t agree to host us two years in row to fix the Alabama/Georgia games being both homes games now in odd years the SEC created, it makes sense for Auburn to host the marque non-conference match up on even years to help the home slate look better and thus help with ticket sales

Based off of half a successful season? I bet you wanted Turner Gill years ago as well…
Fins fan here, and I never wanted them to give Tua an extension as he can’t stay healthy and has games where he starts seeing ghosts. Team is poorly constructed and the Tua contract, it’s going to be a long rebuild.
Never said anything about busing to Park City from SLC, I’m not even sure there is one. The buses from SLC park and ride to Brighton and Snowbird take about 30-40 minutes depending on which place you are going to. Also the drives up and down Little Cottonwood Canyon and Big Cottonwood Canyon are more difficult vs interstate drive to Park City from SLC, especially on a heavy powder day.
I have done several Park City trips and you can find more reasonable lodging further off the mountain especially on the old Canyons side. If skiing Park City I would definitely recommend staying in Park city as getting around town is very easy even on a powder day.

My bad, thinking back when we did the trip a couple seasons ago, I think my base pass came with a kids discounted base pass that he used to ride the bus. But like you said a good deal still if you have to pay $5 especially at the end of the day when you are tired

I’ll throw out a recommendation to fly to SLC as you can find reasonably price AirBnB there. You can then take the ski bus in the morning to Snowbird, Brighton or Solitude and ride it back down at the end of the day. If you purchase Ikon tickets in advance your ikon tickets includes the fee to ride the bus. My boys are close to the same age as your kids and we have done this trip a few times and it’s great because we lodging is cheaper, food is cheaper and you have things to do on any off days by staying in SLC.
Another suggestion is Winter Park, CO. 75 minutes from DIA and can stay in Frasier just a few minutes down the road for even cheaper lodging. Free bus system around town as well

I’m no Lebron fan but Bradley Beal probably has that honor
We have left the beach after dinner to head home a few times(about a 5 hour drive) and have never regretted it. Avoid traffic, just sleep in once we get home and still have the afternoon and evening that would otherwise most likely be in traffic with everyone else on check out day.
What kind of landlord doesn’t provide lawn service and expects the renter to do that work?

I agree with you on Murphy being a 5, he can’t shoot the ball and if you play him at the 4 with a 5 that also can’t shoot it severely limits you offensively. I’m hoping the staff is still trying to add a stretch 4

re: What's with the disturbing infatuation with Joe Burrow from LSU fans?

I dont really care that college fans want to see their former players do well in the NFL. What I find hypocritical is a lot these LSU fans rooting for the Bengals were the same one criticizing Auburn fans for rooting for the Panthers when Cam was there.

I agree or at least change offensive holding to the same penalty of 5 yards and loss of down. The offense shouldn’t get to replay the down when they potentially eliminated a big play by the defense.

1 score loss in a game they couldn’t score an offensive TD. How have they proven they are any different then they have been the past few years? Their problem has always been they can’t beat good teams and they struggle on offense in those games and they haven’t done anything this season to change that narrative. Their record is a by product of their schedule plain and simple.
When I told my son about this incident without even mentioning any players names, he said Jakai Howard was involved wasn’t he? I asked how did he know and he said from watching him in the OTE tv series it isn’t a surprise he would be involved.

Yes I’m fine with that situation but I routinely see them let the grandparents and other adults in addition with the parents board during family boarding. Also allowing families with the youngest kid obviously over 6 happens all the time as most SW gate agents are too scared to upset a customer or call someone out. I just wish they enforced their own policies

The family boarding between A and B is the bigger problem to me. There are families all the time with kids obviously older than 6 taking advantage of it and the gate agents never turn them away and even let extended family board with them. Good luck if you are traveling to a kid location like Orlando. Assigned seats can’t come soon enough
re: When do the Jags give Mac a shot?

Mac Jones last year of college he was throwing to 2 first round WR, one which won the Heisman, an early 2nd round WR, a first round RB, while sitting behind an offensive line that won the Joe Moore award with 2 first round draft picks on it, while also playing against teams with opt outs and never playing in a true road environment. Most average QBs would put up those numbers if our in Mac’s spot that year. To say Mac was better than Lawrence by the end of college is just foolish
Does anyone know when tickets will go on sale for the game vs Purdue in Birmingham?
Embid’s body can’t even hold up through the playoffs anymore and looked out of shape in these Olympics, no chance he plays for anyone in 2028. Wouldn’t be shocked if he is retired by 2028 Olympics.
