I’m actually interested in listening to it. They aren’t exactly wrong when you look at how badly our defense regressed with Chiz.

It was 8 years ago for fricks sake. Players talking shite on coaches 8 years after they played for them is just fricked up

What good is any interview? I’d love to hear a player’s perspective on what led to that shitshow.
Hopefully he actually gets into details of things that went wrong and not just vague generalizations.

Oh is he gonna talk about the players quitting in multiple games. Especially early in the season against aTm. I was at the game and they completely quit trying in the second quarter.

Yep. I like chiz. Wish he stayed longer. Just wasn't cut to be head coach.
Hope no players go on that podcast
ETA: we didn't play football in 2012 so I don't know what the big deal is about

I watched "The Intro" on this channel. Actually had me cracking up. Reminded me a lot of my high school years.
I love the insight he brings as a high school recruit, college player, and NFL player. The Auburn stuff isn't even that crazy. There were rumors going around that Chizik was getting a bit of a god complex after 2010. This just confirms it.

He lost some credibility when he couldn’t keep the 2011 and 2012 seasons straight. We opened with Clemson in the Kickoff Classic in 2012. The “Slapdick State” opener we almost lost was in 2011.
Can’t argue with him about the cluelessness of the staff though.

I thought it was funny after dogging Chizik the whole time, at the end, Bates says that's just a little 'light' story on Gene Chizik.

This thread is funny. Chizik clearly sucked. I probably wouldn't put him on blast on a podcast but is anyone doubting any of this stuff or even it's entertainment value?
