I saw some Alabama poster talking about it.

Makes me wonder if they got that from reading this board and now I am adding a layer by posting it again here.

I say we run with it and start writing "Kevin Steele as Alabama Head Coach in Waiting."

Sources are legit on this by the way. Confirmed by a guy named Keef.

Awesome.

When are they going to tell their current DC that he has been fired?

TTsTowel mentioned it on Twitter yesterday. Don’t know where he heard it from. Doubt it’s true, and even if it is, I’m not worried

They don’t like their DC, and wishing for Steele. Some supposed guy with intel said they’re interested in Steele. Saban and Steele don’t get along.

Should be an easy thing. We already learned on this board that if Gus stays, Steele is leaving.

So Steele hit the damn jackpot. Dude is going to get to leave here, cause Gus is staying and become the Alabama Crimson Tide coach in waiting

That is almost better than 10 virgins

But I thought when Auburn hired him that he sucked bc bama dominated LSU.

Am I doing this right? It is hard to think like those cousin frickers.

I don't think Steele wants several ladder moves in his future and that's what you're banking on if you go work for Saban.

He appears to get tons of autonomy from Gus and is universally appreciated here, so I don't really see the appeal.

Whats with the “Arkansas Fan” tag? You’ve had it on for so long I started to wonder if they got to you

I had it during the Gus drama and forgot about it

Now that we've got two coaches who are singularly focused on obliterating Arkansas I feel kind of obliged to keep it a bit longer

I am not sure why any established coach would want to work for saban? Dude is a tyrant.

Seriously? May want to ask some of the many who go on to be head coaches or the ones who rehab their careers to become head coaches again. Shouldnt be too difficult. There are LOTS of them.

Truth.

And I should be ashamed for that and this post.

But I was hoping maybe it would turn into some kind of mess of speculation that would be fun to watch. . .
