Yea that’s where I stand on it so far as well. Land another recruit and a portal guy and I think we’re okay.

Extremely disappointing. If we have a bag we need to drop it. This was the first true loss of the class. Can't understand what Dice is thinking. The On3 guys kinda called this one being a hard fight till the end. I can't imagine he'll be turned back before signing day. On to the Next

We still have Shull. Take the Dice bag and drop it off to Justus Terry.

you win some, you lose some. I'd be more concerned about roster tampering at this point. Keeping the guys we have on the roster will be the biggest challenge imo

No love for Thorton for Shull? He is our best OL recruit, not Dice.

You think we should be giving him props for landing one solid 4 star OL and two 3 star OL ranked in the 500ish range? Are you high? This is a dumb take even for you. That isn't even close to an acceptable class when OL was our biggest weakness to begin with.

It doesn't matter what NIL has done or not done, whether the recruits are in our normal recruiting areas, or whatever excuse we can come up with, eventually you have to land some freaking OL. This is a Gus type OL class, which isn't going to fix our major problems on the OL.

If you can't get the 4 stars you should be loading up on 3 star OL and coaching them up, not just throwing your hands up and saying "oh well, NIL". Personally I think stars are way less important for OL recruits probably than any position, but you can't have diamonds in the rough if you don't get anything to begin with.

Thanks Auburn Tiger I mean Jville, I mean JHead I mean Alan Head, Im all confused.

Shull is a swift TE in a tackle's body, he will shine.

Some of you forget what shite our line was two years ago, we have made some good strides in HS/portal and development.

We missed on Babs and lost Dice. This wasnt going to be a big OL class anyways. DL was much, much more of a priority this cycle.

It doesn't matter who we get at QB if we can't get a good OLine together. If we don't fix it then that will be Freeze's downfall at Auburn.

The rhetoric from Corch, you, and others back when we had average OL classes back the last couple years was that 2025 was gonna totally be the year we were gonna turn it around and get those OTs we needed.

Trying to act like OL wasn't #2 to DL for our recruiting needs is just silly.

Thorne hasn't been good, but our OL has been our #1 issue this year offensively. And we haven't done a good job getting them in the portal either. Hopefully that changes this off-season, cause we are going to need it to.

Just look at the numbers. How many OL we have committed and how many DL we have committed. Draw your own conclusions

The fact we are sucking at OL recruiting doesn't have anything with us not needing them. We've barely signed OL the past 7 years and have had crap OL almost all of those years. I can draw my own conclusions based on the fact our OL currently sucks.

Anyone who tries to say OL isn't our second biggest recruiting need behind DL and possibly QB this class has their head in the sand.

Ostrich here...

Because I'm seeing OL needs and more OL needs before anything else. We can get a lottery pick QB and he'll also look so so. It's OL and then a full time OC.

Dice was a big miss. He’s one of the few recruits that would likely be ready to contribute early. Had potential for a great OL class and ended with a below average one in a class that needed to have at least 5-6 OL.

We need to raid the Portal for every OL that comes open.
