JLee just put out an article saying the date he heard from the beginning with Knight was going to be today. Then after his visit was made public he’s decided to push it back. Apparently they have a big rivalry game Sept 6 and Knight doesn’t want to take the attention off of that game so the new date(s) is either Sept 7 or 8. TIFWIW

So you're saying he should have already manned up an announced. Instead of dragging arse and playing footsie with that other team.

Bama is fearful of Knight, Cunningham, and AK Dear all commiting to Ole Miss.

Cunningham is currently scheduled to visit Ole Miss this weekend. Let's see if Knight heads there too.

This crap makes absolutely no sense. I'm not saying that's not the "reason" they are waiting, but its a bit narcissistic/pretentious to think his decision would have an impact on a game that will be a week later. I would think dragging out the decision would be more of a distraction for everyone.

Let's all be honest here -- ND (actually likely Ole Piss) is trying to get him to cancel his visit/likely countering with more NIL and he wants to think about it. That's perfectly fine, its' Deuce's life, so he has that absolute right. I just hate these arbitrary "i dont want to impact my teammates in this mediocre game" crap. Call a spade a spade.

I hope so. I’m tired of this being a waiting game so to speak and don’t want to get juju’d twice this season

Speaking of JuJu, Indiana is getting the buzz right now. How the mighty have fallen. I'd love to know the behind the scenes of that recruitment.

I'm glad Auburn pulled out after him family/handler wanted more money than what was agreed upon. Let him go to Indiana or Colorado; USC is already contacting others from the QB position.

Deuce Knight, assuming we land him, is a better fit for what Hugh Freeze wants to do. He's big, runs like a deer and has a strong arm. He like likely be 6'5, 230+ his sophomore year in college.

I’ve heard a some crazy rumors revolving around QB recruiting.

Juju to Indiana
Lacey to USC
AND Bama’s QB commit going to Texas.

All that plus Knight to Auburn would be great

Any QB heading to TX at this point isn’t smart if PT is the goal.

If Manning is as good as advertised he’s gone after their freshman year
