Just a frustrating board.

Yeah I think this is Grimes last year. Unless the OL is great this year and he's very confident in the back ups I don't see how he comes back. We will have basically all new starters on the line next year so we might as well start fresh with a new coach too.

I think we get Cohen, Tate Johnson, and Marlon Martinez and then take 1 more like Rankins/Wright towards the end if we end up with a spot. Just guessing though.

... as if everyone's waiting to see how the season shakes out (including AU)?

Dude is 64, I imagine he is thinking this could be his last hurrah no matter how the season turns out. Would be great for him to go out a winner.

Who is doing this? I feel like everyone knows our OL recruiting is bad right now.

KN says Charles Moore is expected to move in this weekend along with the rest. I believe only Kamaar Bell is expected to move in later (June.)

Auburn has to find a way to get some quality OL on campus and enrolled. It doesn’t matter how great of a QB or athletes we have on offense without an OL. It shouldn't be this hard to recruit the position.

Then again, we probably get negatively recruited in that department by everyone.

Our OL recruiting is proof we’re not paying recruits.

So there’s that

Well Clemson only has four four star OL committed so they wont be able to hurt our recruiting much more...so there is that.

And Georgia only has 3 four stars committed, course they have about a dozen from the previous three years and we have, well we have, nah nevermind....I hear next year is loaded.

This is the most bizarre recruitment strategy for OT I’ve ever seen. Our top options are either committed to other schools or heavily leaning another direction and that’s been the case for every guy we’ve been on this cycle.

And No one is surprised by this...Got to make a change in the OL/recruiters area. The OL list for us is terribly weak.

So has TigerPaw just abandoned his duties as gatekeeper of the recruiting thread?

Should've been done a while ago. Malzahn aka Tubs 2.0 can't let his BBQ boys go.

Marlon Martinez committed to LSU today. I was really hoping he would wait until after he visited us. I felt like we would have made a big push. He was one of the guys I wanted most too.

I wonder what our other coaches think of whats going on with Grimes and the OL. If another couple of guys commit we're going to be out of options before summer is over lol.

So much for your prediction of landing him on the last page

We will be stuck taking projects like Prince Sammons and someone on here will tell me how much of a beast they're going to be in 3 years
