Tony Stevens always seems to be open when he is in. Unfortunately he always seems to drop the ball too

Why do our 4* receivers always end up as flimsy ball-droppers?

Dominic Walker must not be very impressive.

Stanton Truitt looks promising
At this point, both players are buried on the depth chart and both are unknowns on the college level.

Seriously. These guys are true freshman and we've played all of 2 games so far. Some of y'all need to roll up your jump to conclusions mats and stuff them way in the back of your closets.

Upper classmen like Stevens and Davis? If Walker was impressive he would be seeing the field like the others in his class

If Walker was impressive
It's unfair to judge him right now, as he is only a redshirt freshman.

Well I was going to say I've seen white guys out there playing wr more than Walker I didn't know their names though
To be fair though and to side with TTs a bit maybe Walker is in the doghouse or can't learn the plays or something.

Of Queen's 54 o 100 passing he is 44 of his last 69, 64%. Also his best WR is still out a few more weeks and the ones playing are dropping a lot of passes.

Update from KN about Tony Bridges
Bridges says he will be in AU for the LSU game. This is good news because he previously said he'd be at both Ole Miss and AU the 4th (He didn't realize AU vs. LSU was on the 4th.
Word out of Ole Miss is they really like their chances to flip him.
AU feels good about him though, we were the first to offer and have Duke and Moncreif his former teammates on the roster plus Jason Smith coming in (his current teammate)

Everyone was down on Sammie his first two years. He dropped some huge passes. (i.e. LSU 2012 ring a bell?) He overcame it, and is the best thing since sliced bread now. Prior to last season his rep was the same.
Myron Burton has an SEC body now. Coaches love him but we are deep at WR. Ray has another year, as does Coates. We already have Craig in 2016.

I still think Coats drops too many balls. He dropped an easy touchdown this year already.

Mhhm reminds me of Julio at Bama. Made a ton of great plays, but also dropped a lot of balls.

Not really. Still drops more balls than he should

It's college man.... everybody drops passes. we aren't running the air raid, so we aren't practicing the passing game 100% of the time... and when we do pass, nick doesn't exactly throw the most catchable ball on the planet (tends to throw high with a ton of velocity).
I'm not sure what some of you are expecting... it's frustrating to me as well... but watch any game on Saturday and you're gonna see a bunch of dropped passes, especially from teams that run the ball a lot.

We have NFL caliber receivers in Duke and Sammie. Drops are unacceptable

Watch out bro. If you disagree and call out one of our players, you will be labeled moron and accused of not handling success well. YOU WERE WARNED!
