Hey, that was coming from a guy who was once over 310 pounds. I am not judging... But, its pretty bad. When we were at vacation last week, I could not believe that over 75% of the people that I saw were not just over weight but way overweight
I know its not a topic for this thread but it is bad.

I agree.
My Mama (RIP) was a big ol' Southern lady all her life.
She gave great hugs though.

College kids do a better job of keeping their weight under control. The general population, not so much. We are lazy.
I have to keep at it to keep my weight under control. Im happy to say that I have for over 7 years. But its work
Some people are just lucky and some are not. Once you have ballooned up, you will work at it the rest of your life.
My advice to you young'uns. Don't every get over weight in the first place.

We offered JUCO DT Maurice Swain today. KN expects him to be in our class.

If there continues to be quality JUCO DL, I don't mind filling the ranks with them and adding only a few top notch HS kids

It's hard to lean on the JUCO ranks for long periods though. Eventually you have to wean yourself off of it and develop talent in place.
