It's been butch's slogan from the beginning... building a foundation, brick by brick... it's pretty annoying for anyone living in TN (even for some vols fans, i'd imagine).

I grew up a pretty big Vol fan (much of my family went to UT and live in Knoxville, turned into an Auburn fan when I enrolled). They're easily the most delusional fanbase in the SEC.
Also, they seem to really not like Auburn at the moment. I think it's jealousy we spent only a year at the bottom of the conference as opposed to the better part of a decade.
I still feel attached to the Vols, though, so I pull for 'em when they don't play Auburn.

I think he's probably Tennessee bound. Gus already tweeted about signing 3 JUCO's today...seems to me he would wait until 3PM if they thought Lambert was going to be coming as well. One of UT's coaches made a tweet earlier hinting at 4 JUCO signee's today as well...they've got 3 in with Lambert being the fourth.

I think UGA is most delusional in that they believe they are a top tier program despite their record indicating the opposite. They have one questionable NC and terrible record otherwise

Actually it appears that the "LOI this morning" thing never happened. Neither school knows; however, Vol insiders are starting to doom-and-gloom. Looks Auburn bound at this point, but who the hell knows.

Vol fans are very good at poor mouthing so that way if something goes their way they can make a bigger deal out of it. I don't blame them, what else is there to claim victory over?
