Damn I want to start closing in some of the class for this year, you would think that Gustav would have accepted some of the commitments lately.

Also, this game had to help with some of the fence guys.

I wonder if Roc Thomas is going to flip away from us now, I am scared he will see our poor rushing performances of late and rethink his position.

We aren't accepting because we are seeing just how trendy we are. We have a lot of interest from people we didn't even realize we're a possibility earlier

I can't wait to hear all the recruiting news now that we're in the NCG and have won the SECCG.

How many are we taking this year?

Do you guys think there is any chance of a recruit being told to look around Saban style, and if so which ones?

I can only imagine how this class will finish. I see some unexpected 5 stars boarding the Bus.

I think we hold the ones that we have now due to the fact that they have been on board the whole time. The ones not committed are the ones that might be bumped though for better talent.

And remember, these coaches actually really liked the guys they have committed right now. Most of the players committed were pretty high on the board to begin with for fitting into molds that they want.

DQ is still a huge question mark...

If we get Rudolph, I really don't give a shite about DQ. We need to get a team player receiver who is willing to block and I'm not sure that DQ would ever be happy not getting 60+ catches next year. I have said from the start that our receivers are getting better with each game and they might not be on the level that DQ is by the start of next year, but they aren't shabby either and will be better.

I would rather see us take 3 high school receivers and I am actually really excited about Truit.

Most of our class I think we're pretty well locked in to. I could see Burton walking if we get another receiver (though he is an AU legacy) simply because he won't want to be the 3rd HS, 4th overall receiver in the class.

Mitchell or Laye might bounce if we get Prestwood and Parks. That's a ton of TE/ HBack types.

Davis will be a long, long way down the depth chart, especially if we get in on some of the high level LBs we've been talking about. He's been incredibly loyal to Auburn, but I wouldn't blame him for looking around for a better spot.

Laye and Davis aren't going anywhere, and I'd be shocked if Mitchell does either

Regardless of what my source told me, I am starting to think this as well...

However, I still think he can be a big-time player, even in an offense like ours... Sammie Coates' numbers tell you that.

Davis is very underrated and a solid LB. Don't see him leaving since he loves AU and is close with the Mobile guys

I agree, I said this a month or so ago. He wants a place where he will shine above all because he is one and done. High NFL draft positioning is his goal.

Darvin Adams 2010 numbers as well.

A spring with Gus to work on decision-making and mechanics is going to be great for Marshall. I don't think he's had very much QB coaching ever sans his JUCO days.

Davis is a beast LB, short but his instincts on film are great and he tackles well.

What's up with Mitchell anyway? Wasn't he out for the season with a knee injury? I wonder how he's doing. He is a freak athlete for his size I don't want to lose him

I remember seeing where he was trying to get to the point where he could play at the end of the season, but I'm not sure if he did. I'm assuming he'll be good to go soon, if he's not already.

ACL tear or something along those lines. He is recovering well and he has no plans to flip. One of the instrumental guys in keeping Stephen Roberts interested and pushing him to flip. Shouldn't be worried.

My understanding is that from a medical stance, he is recovering pretty well. On top of that, there is little to no hurry to recover faster than what is advised and increase the chance of reinjury.

Mitchell is all Auburn and the recovery has been great, no worries there.
