I honestly wouldn't be surprised if we saw this at all. It would keep Bama completely off balance if done effectively. And Bama is weak at the corners, so Coates could have a field day.

Has anyone heard the rumor that some of the auburn players are attempting to take AJ out of the game. I Just heard the tail end. I know it is ridiculous but, I am curious

35-23 Bama. I just don't see us getting alot to the outside running or with the passes behind the line.

I'm curious to see how Ricardo plays next weekend. He has definitely been gaining confidence lately. He has started running hard and more naturally, where before he seemed to play kinda stiff. Once it slows down for him watch out, his HS tape was pretty sick and wasn't playing against FL HS/Deaf!

in all seriousness, pressure on McCarron is critical... he's not like Aaron Murray who will step into a throw even though he's gonna take shot... i won't say he's scared to take a hit, but he just doesn't get hit all that much b/c of their running game and his great OLs.
it's easier said than done... but a little pressure in the face of mccarron could go a long way.

Nothing related to this thread but is anyone else glad we had the week off. And I don't mean the team
I needed this week to recoup. The UGA game took it out of me. I really think I left everything out there on the field just outside of the student center.
I will rest my heart, mind and liver this weekend. Be ready come Monday.

Everyday now, I am starting to feel better and better about this game. The one thing that bugs me is stopping the run up the middle.

We will struggle there because we just don't have the talent at the LB spot. I also think our DL is inconsistent at times. However, If you take the first half of the UGA game our defense played one hell of a game. If they can maintain that for 4 quarters, we can win this game.
That UGA first half was some of the best football of the season for the whole team.
