I don't see Walker sticking with his Nebraska commitment. I believe factor of proximity to home, playing with Stevens, and the negative recruiting done by Nebraska will send him to AU.

Jesus man that wont go away for at least 10 years. Sad people resort to that shite. It would be one thing if we got hit with sanctions but damn.

From the comments I've read from Walker, he's coming to Auburn.

He can be on the trail and have his agent negotiating with the cowboys. I don't think that means anything.

Per JH, Rich is meeting with Derrick Green now and Peyton Barber tomorrow.

Maybe decided to at least stay until after signing day?

I honestly think staying at Auburn is the better choice. Jerry Jones is Al Davis reincarnated and the Cowboys will suffer the same fate as the Raiders did in Al's declining years if Jones doesn't get out of the way.

Garrett could very well be fired after another Romo implosion and RB will be right back where he started. I wouldn't leave the stability of Auburn to join the dysfunction of Jerry's World. He could also use their persuit as proof of his connections to the NFL when recruiting

If so, I hope they are being honest with recruits. No need to go all Urban Meyer on them.

If we knew about this and he truly is trying to get out of his contract, why the hell do we have him out on the recruiting trail?

Who cares? He's not DC or RG. Those are our recruiting experts. We'll plug someone else in and keep on. We'll find a RB coach soon enough.

Good question.

I'm not worried about that. We instantly lose credibility with current recruits (and possibly future recruits) having this guy on the recruiting trail while simultaneously trying to get out of his contract. It is just poor form all the way around.
