Like the one on the far right.
The rest kind of suck especially the black pants and red top... horrible.
Geez and can't they bring the red helmet back?

The only good uni is the throwback.
I hate the number font. I hate the ATL on he front. I hate the gradient of red to black on the one jersey.
All in all these suck.

Reminds me of the XFL jerseys lol ..

Those look like something I'd expect to see during a Tuesday night MAC game. They're hideous and whoever approved them should be fired immediately.

i kinda like them. The throwback is the best but all white looks good imo

The all white is dope! Throwbacks always good.
Kinda lame to go ATL but it will sell.

The throwbacks look good, but the team always plays like shite when they wear them, and the past that they honor is also shite.
I dont hate these. They're not great, but they could have been a helluva lot worse.

Uhm, I'm a 38 year old male and these are pretty good. Clearly the far right is the winner as we all love the throwbacks.
The far right one is good. The all black is ok. Those will obviously be away and home jerseys respectively. The throwback will be the 1-2 times a year.
The gradient one is clearly for the color rush. It's ok.

The red jersey is an abomination. There’s also apparently a combo with red pants and it’s also bad.
However, the black jersey is good and as long as they stay as far away from the red stuff as possible, these are fine

It's not that bad. Pretty sure the gradient look will be 1x a year for the color rush stuff. Or just 1x a year in general at home.

The "ATL" part is godawful. It's like they're advertising for the airport. I used to make fun of the Phoenix Suns a lot for those "PHX" jerseys, yet here we are.

I'll just say it - there is a racial element to it.
I'm sure some Nike dudes and some organization dudes (white guys of course) decided that we needed to add to the urban flair of a black southern city by putting "ATL" on the front and that the throwbacks don't fully reflect the fan base. Gotta add the shitty gradient and make the already-terrible logo 3x as big and add the MS Paint numbers to make it flashier.
This is a Nike-led new jersey sale cash grab that is focused on appealing to near-term sales rather than long term branding. They want 18-35 year old guys in Atlanta (many of them black) to go buy the new jerseys, which will happen. Young black guys love this shite because it's new and different, and young urban white guys will pretend to like it because young black guys like it.
I don't fault the targeted purchasers, they're young and like what they like. There is also nothing inherently wrong with appealing to black Falcons fans - they're a significant portion of the fan base and they have every right to be "targeted" in design stuff. But branding the franchise with this fleeting, flashy shite will just lead to further redesigns and will be bad for the Falcons marketing in the long run.
Successful and consistently good programs/teams/franchises don't "renew" their brand frequently and repeatedly, with very few exceptions. The most notable one happens to be Nike's experimental school (Oregon), which explains why so many top teams/programs are very restrictive in what they'll let Nike mess with in these redesigns. I wish the Falcons had taken that approach.
Get off my lawn, etc.

I agree with this.

Gotta add the shitty gradient
While we're at it, replace the number and the ATL with the upper part of a tuxedo t-shirt and we'll be the most formal looking team in the damn league.

I really, really like the uniforms.
Admittedly, I'm in my late 20's and dig the urban Atlanta scene... and these "speak" to that.
The all blacks are sweet. The all whites are sweet. We kept the throwbacks. The Matte Black helmets look incredible.
My only gripe is the gradient jerseys, which, are going to be our one-off color rush uniforms that will likely be tucked away for years.
As for the racial element mentioned above, I think it's more of a "city" element. The city (not 'Burbs) are a bit more edgy, vibrant, and brash than PFG country up I-85. They got rid of my biggest gripes with the old jersey (numbers and ridiculous sleeves) and came up with something with cleaner lines, a much bigger emphasis on black, and a simpler design.
It all comes down to winning, though.
If it's Sunday Night Football in late November against the Saints, and we're 9-1 or 8-2, and we roll out in our blacked out uniforms in a blacked out Dome... I think you'll see what they're going for.
To sum it up:
Likes:
- Matte Black Helmet (looks incredible)
- Simple, re-designed sleeves
- Return to Black
- All blacks look great
- All whites with the black numbers look even better
Dislikes:
- Red jerseys. Gradient is awful
- Oversized "ATL" on the front. I like that it says "ATL," and it's something people refer to the city as everyday
- The red outline on numbers. The font is much better than our previous editions. The outline should have been super subtle, or non-existent.

Worst jerseys in the NFL excluding the throwback.

I don't think you can really separate them. Black Atlantans drive that element, and white kids follow suit. Well, in reality I think corporate branding drives that element based on what they think is urban (and in Atlanta's case - black) culture. FWIW, I live ITP. Nobody I know runs around saying shite like "get hype" - that stuff is tailored to black Atlantans (who probably roll their eyes) white 20 somethings on Reddit who want to be as laughably "urban" as possible and kids (mostly from the burbs, honestly).
My problem with this stuff is that the trendier/flashier designs get tired quickly. The people who bought them grow up, and want a team to have classic jerseys and turn up their nose at the stuff they used to like. So we make new ones, for the new younger people who want to buy them. And they sell. Then we repeat it. And we continue to lack a consistent identity as a franchise.
Maybe my argument on this (successful franchises/programs stay consistent with branding -chicken/egg - not sure which follows which) won't hold up in the modern age. But I expect it will, albeit with some exceptions. Hopefully we'll be one.
Obviously uniforms don't govern W/L or titles. But I think it reflects the culture of an organization, and cheesy "brotherhood" shite and new bad branding doesn't make me hopeful about the Falcons culture of late.
As for the design itself, I completely agree on

But I just disagree that they "got rid of it." I feel like we already had that in the throwbacks, and the new variants are garbage in comparison. The numbers, gradients, etc. are the opposite of the "cleaner design" I would hope for.

The ATL and the font of the numbers look like crap.
Don’t mind the rest.
I think the fade look will look ok on the field.
